1-1 Youth Mentoring
ages 7-18, in person or on zoom

creating a safe space for young people to explore their authenticity, build emotional resilience skills and learn more about what can support them on their journey

Add a warm message to welcome visitors

Does your child navigate any of the following?

  • stress or anxiety (social or otherwise)

  • low-self confidence

  • challenges communicating or being their authentic selves

  • getting overwhelmed by big emotions

  • difficulty managing their reactivity

  • relationships to technology

  • impulsivity

  • numbness, lack of motivation

Even though the pre-frontal cortex of young brains are in developing, they deserve access to self-inquiry and emotional resilience skills. By guiding them into learning more about themselves, we lay a foundation. This can create new pathways for positive habits that lead deeper into connection with self.

An inquiry into self allows for a deeper connection to their unique way of moving through the world.

My approach in these sessions is gentle and through a trauma-informed lens. Our sessions are always embedded with choice and frequent opportunities to say "yes" or "no".

I meet young people where they are, engage with their interests and trust in their wisdom to guide us where we need to go.
