Welcome to those who hold mothering roles and tend life through the devotion of mothering (not limited to mothering children). This is an intentional container designed to nourish, support and uplift the sacred act of Mothering. Led by Shea Bodine of Rooted Resilience.
What's included? Lovely tea and snacks, gentle movement, ritual release and intention setting, micro practices to infuse into your day, connected breath, sacred space & sound, solo time & creative time
