MotherLove: Return to Heart

Please join us mama, the more you create nourishment for yourself, the more you can nourish those in your care.

This is a 2 hour, gentle and tender ritual container designed to nourish the mother. We will gather at Wild Roots Medicine, a restorative and nurturing setting nestled near Silver creek. We will work closely with our heart connection, our sacred role of Mothering and self-acknowledgment. We will be inviting the gentle and forgiving nature of rose & hawthorn medicines, elixirs of the heart and tending the spirit of Mothering.

There will also be a guided somatic-movement offering, as well as open space for journaling, self-guided movement, rest, or a creative collage space. There won't be deep council or sharing in this space, but instead a place to release, restore and replenish your body and soul.  A whole-hearted invitation to nourish and nurture our own inner child, and inner mother.
